If you meet the following guidelines you may contact customerservice@brenspeed.com for a return authorization number. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number. We accept no returns after 30 days of package delivery. Package delivery date will be assumed as date package is delivered to destination. Shipping is nonrefundable. New un-damaged merchandise will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee per item or a 5% re-stocking fee if you choose to receive store credit. Special order items are non-refundable.
