Brenspeed’s Custom Tuning
As you may have heard Brenspeed tests every part we sell. By installing the components on a test vehicle we gain installation knowledge to better serve you. We also test many of the parts we sell on a chassis dyno. In short a chassis dyno is a machine that measures horsepower and torque. We use this to test before and after results on many of the products we sell. We also use this equipment to develop a lot of the custom computer programs for what we call “mail order tuning”. This allows us to duplicate your vehicles performance modifications and supply you with an excellent computer program that will increase horsepower, torque, throttle response, and a lot of times even gas mileage!

In this day and age it is necessary and in our opinion required for a performance parts supplier to have a full understanding of the advanced fuel injection & vehicle management system that today’s vehicles are using. With the introduction of the 2005 Mustang this philosophy of ours hit home with a lot of companies that do not custom tune and R&D the parts they sell. The new Fords no longer take full advantage of the various bolt on performance parts that were so popular over the last 20 years and this is where custom tuning can at times double your performance gains.
